Procurement Contractor Disclosure with Iranian Government

Pursuant to the Illinois Procurment Code (30 ILCS 500/50-36), each chief procurement officer shall provide the State Comptroller with the name of each entity disclosed under bid contract documents if such entities have had certain business operations with the Government of Iran in the past 24 months. The State Comptroller shall post that information on the official website.
