Online Data Entry (Restricted Access)
Accountability Online is an online database created for the Public Accountability Report through which participating state agencies can submit their data. Access to the online database for data entry is restricted to persons with a valid user I.D. and password.

Access Request
If you are authorized to represent your agency and need a password to gain access to the PAR Application, you can call the IOC Security Administration Unit at 217-782-5185.
You will be required to give your name, contact phone number, and agency. Once you have been authorized, someone will contact you with your agency number, user id, and password.
