About Viewing Submitted TIF Reports

You can view the Annual Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Reports for each TIF District who have met the following conditions:

  • The TIF District submitted their PDF formatted TIF Report either on a CD/DVD or by email 45 days from the current date.
  • The submitted TIF Report must be given an APPROVED STATUS by our office before a RECEIPT DATE can be given.
  • An APPROVED STATUS will ONLY be given if a TIF District's submitted TIF Report in a PDF format, is SIGNED, contains ALL completed Sections, and includes ALL attachments from Section 2.
  • A TIF District whose TIF Report has both a receipt date and an APPROVED STATUS can be viewed by clicking on the TIF District name.
  • All TIF Reports will be in PDF format requiring Adobe Reader to open the report. Use the Adobe link below to download a free copy
