TIF ADMINISTRATORS - PLEASE NOTE CHANGES IN THE WAY YOU SUBMIT YOUR TIF REPORTS
In an effort to make it easier for TIF Administrators to submit their annual TIF Reports electronically, a new function, ‘Upload TIF Reports’ will allow TIF Administrators to upload a single PDF-formatted TIF Report for each of their TIF Districts. ‘Upload TIF Reports’ is available for all FY 2011 TIF Reports and for FY2010 TIF Reports that have not yet been submitted. Download the ‘TIF Quick Start’ insert which will explain the easy 3-step uploading process. You can start uploading your TIF Reports once you receive your password letter dated August 25, 2011.
All FY 2011 TIF Reports must be submitted using the ‘Upload TIF Reports’ function. Starting September 1, 2011, TIF Administrators will also be required to submit their FY 2010 TIF Reports using the ‘Upload TIF Reports’ function.
TIF Administrators will no longer e-mail your government's TIF Reports to the Office of the Comptroller and they will no longer receive paper TIF Report forms in the mail. The FY 2011 Annual TIF Report Forms and Instructions needed to submit your government’s TIF Report are now available on the website in the Download Center.
